Membership initiation includes an extensive fitness and wellness profile, including physical fitness, metabolic fitness, diet and nutrition, sleep, stress and quality of life. There are periodic free and fee-based education on weight managementclasses. Nutrition services are also available. Discounts are available to Teachers, Firefighters and affiliates of the University of Denver
