At willPower FIT STUDIO, you practice workouts that burn from 400-900 calories per class. These sweaty, barefoot sessions keep you feeling strong, lengthened and what we call “willPower sore.” Our schedule is designed so that you can train with us every day, we alternate HARD-CORE with stretch, cardio and muscular conditioning.
