About GYM
Off the Wall Fitness is not your everyday run of the mill gym. We think outside the box and use off the wall techniques to combine all aspects of fitness to ensure a workout that is fun, safe, and extremely effective. The gym environment at Off the Wall Fitness is filled with a wide variety of people ranging from 16-65 years in age, some training for marathons, and some exercising for their first times.
